I have question why did Z-Arc doesn't negated under Def Bagooska? Even...it should've been already negated when you summon it from Z-Arc Trap (old one) right?

I'm actually trying to build a pure fire king deck on master duel. I have a feeling that in the next banlist it will be diabellestar's turn to get hit especially with its high usage during the WCS 2024 qualifier event.
